Don’t you just love that!  A lifelong romance with yourself.  Treating yourself wonderfully, talking nice about yourself.

No looking in the mirror and pointing out the parts that are less than perfect in your eyes. You already are perfect!

If friends treated us the way we sometimes treat ourselves, we might choose to not be friends anymore. Would you want to hang out with people who put you down, point out your weaknesses, and continually criticize you? I didn’t think so… So why do it to yourself?

This holiday season, love yourself, go easy on commitments and focus on the reality that it’s about spending time with those your love. Share the load- you don’t have to do everything yourself, and it may surprise you to know that people are willing to help if you ask. Yes, that’s one I had to learn too. :~)
